(tamb\u00e9m conhecido como pl\u00e1stico refor\u00e7ado com fibra de vidro ou vergalh\u00f5es compostos, malha) est\u00e1 substituindo constantemente os vergalh\u00f5es de a\u00e7o convencionais na constru\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o mundo.\u00a0 <a href=\"\/pt\/2022\/06\/22\/everything-you-need-to-know-about-manufacturing-of-composite-reinforcement-and-reinforcing-mesh\/\">A barra de refor\u00e7o GFRP \u00e9 feita<\/a> a partir de uma mistura de fibras de vidro ou basalto ultra-fortes e uma resina de liga\u00e7\u00e3o, resultando em uma barra de refor\u00e7o de qualidade de constru\u00e7\u00e3o com <a href=\"\/pt\/2022\/09\/02\/frp-rebar-vs-steel-rebar\/\">benef\u00edcios sobre o a\u00e7o<\/a>. Resinas sint\u00e9ticas s\u00e3o usadas como um agente de liga\u00e7\u00e3o para fibras, protegendo-as de efeitos mec\u00e2nicos e dos efeitos nocivos do ambiente durante a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o do produto e sua opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Refor\u00e7o de fibra de vidro <a href=\"\/pt\/2024\/02\/26\/frp-rebar-manufacturing-process\/\">processo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> consiste em v\u00e1rias etapas principais. Primeiro, a fibra de vidro na forma de fios cont\u00ednuos \u00e9 impregnada em um recipiente especial com uma resina de pol\u00edmero, que cont\u00e9m uma composi\u00e7\u00e3o de cura, como resultado da qual o chamado roving \u00e9 obtido.<\/p><p>Quando a fibra de vidro est\u00e1 completamente encharcada, a mecha \u00e9 alimentada na matriz de forma\u00e7\u00e3o para obter uma barra de um determinado di\u00e2metro. Sem esperar que a barra endure\u00e7a, o material de origem \u00e9 puxado atrav\u00e9s da c\u00e2mara de polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o e aquecido a uma determinada temperatura. Finalmente, o estoque \u00e9 enrolado e fixado para criar uma superf\u00edcie nervurada. A barra com a nervura tecida sobre ela entra na c\u00e2mara de secagem, onde a resina \u00e9 polimerizada. Ap\u00f3s a polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o, o refor\u00e7o acabado entra na unidade de resfriamento e ent\u00e3o a barra de refor\u00e7o \u00e9 cortada em se\u00e7\u00f5es de um comprimento predeterminado ou enrolada em bobinas.<\/p><p>Existem 2 componentes principais usados na produ\u00e7\u00e3o: o material de blindagem (roving) e a mistura de liga\u00e7\u00e3o (resina ep\u00f3xi ou poli\u00e9ster). A propor\u00e7\u00e3o desses componentes \u00e9 de cerca de 80\/20. No refor\u00e7o finalizado, o roving percebe cargas mec\u00e2nicas, e a resina atua como uma matriz, distribuindo uniformemente a carga ao longo de todo o comprimento da barra e protegendo o refor\u00e7o de fatores externos.<br \/>A linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser instalada em um dep\u00f3sito com caracter\u00edsticas espec\u00edficas. Seu comprimento deve ser de pelo menos 50 metros (o comprimento recomendado \u00e9 de 70 metros), a altura do teto deve ser de pelo menos 2,5 metros (a altura recomendada \u00e9 de pelo menos 3 metros), a diferen\u00e7a de altura na \u00e1rea de localiza\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento n\u00e3o deve ser maior que 4-5 cm. A ventila\u00e7\u00e3o com sa\u00edda de ar deve ser de pelo menos 200-250 litros por minuto.
