(noto anche come plastica rinforzata con fibra di vetro o barre d&#039;armatura composite) sta sostituendo progressivamente le barre d&#039;armatura in acciaio convenzionali nelle costruzioni in tutto il mondo.\u00a0 <a href=\"\/it\/2022\/06\/22\/everything-you-need-to-know-about-manufacturing-of-composite-reinforcement-and-reinforcing-mesh\/\">Il tondino in GFRP \u00e8 realizzato<\/a> da una miscela di fibre di vetro o basalto ultra resistenti e una resina di collegamento, che si traduce in un tondino di cemento armato di qualit\u00e0 da costruzione con prevalente <a href=\"\/it\/2022\/09\/02\/frp-rebar-vs-steel-rebar\/\">vantaggi rispetto all&#039;acciaio<\/a>Le resine sintetiche vengono utilizzate come legante per le fibre, proteggendole dagli effetti meccanici e dagli effetti nocivi dell'ambiente durante la fabbricazione del prodotto e il suo funzionamento.<\/p><p>Rinforzo in fibra di vetro <a href=\"\/it\/2024\/02\/26\/frp-rebar-manufacturing-process\/\">processo di fabbricazione<\/a> consiste in diverse fasi principali. Innanzitutto, la fibra di vetro sotto forma di fili continui viene impregnata in un contenitore speciale con una resina polimerica, che contiene una composizione di indurimento, a seguito della quale si ottiene il cosiddetto roving.<\/p><p>Quando la fibra di vetro \u00e8 completamente impregnata, il roving viene immesso nella matrice di formatura per ottenere una barra di un diametro dato. Senza attendere che la barra si indurisca, il materiale di origine viene tirato attraverso la camera di polimerizzazione e riscaldato a una certa temperatura. Infine, il materiale viene avvolto e fissato per creare una superficie nervata. La barra con la nervatura intrecciata su di essa, entra nella camera di essiccazione, dove la resina viene polimerizzata. Dopo la polimerizzazione, il rinforzo finito entra nell&#039;unit\u00e0 di raffreddamento e quindi il tondino viene tagliato in sezioni di una lunghezza predeterminata o avvolto in bobine.<\/p><p>Ci sono 2 componenti principali utilizzati nella produzione: il materiale di armatura (roving) e la miscela legante (resina epossidica o poliestere). Il rapporto di questi componenti \u00e8 di circa 80\/20. Nel rinforzo finito, il roving percepisce i carichi meccanici e la resina agisce come una matrice, distribuendo uniformemente il carico lungo l&#039;intera lunghezza della barra e proteggendo il rinforzo dai fattori esterni.<br \/>La linea di produzione deve essere allestita in un magazzino con caratteristiche specifiche. La sua lunghezza deve essere di almeno 50 metri (la lunghezza consigliata \u00e8 di 70 metri), l&#039;altezza del soffitto deve essere di almeno 2,5 metri (l&#039;altezza consigliata \u00e8 di almeno 3 metri), la differenza di altezza nell&#039;area di ubicazione dell&#039;attrezzatura non deve essere superiore a 4-5 cm. La ventilazione con deflusso dell&#039;aria deve essere di almeno 200-250 litri al minuto.
