Le projet visait \u00e0 renforcer l&#039;ouvrage, \u00e0 prolonger sa dur\u00e9e de vie et \u00e0 garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des poids lourds qui l&#039;empruntent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"frp-application\"><strong style=\"0color: #f05a1a\\&quot;;\">Application FRP\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Composite-Tech a fourni des barres d&#039;armature en fibre de verre et d&#039;autres mat\u00e9riaux en PRF pour le renforcement du viaduc. Ces mat\u00e9riaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour leur r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et leur robustesse, des caract\u00e9ristiques essentielles compte tenu des conditions environnementales difficiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"challenges-and-outcomes\"><strong style=\"0color: #f05a1a\\&quot;;\">D\u00e9fis et r\u00e9sultats :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le principal d\u00e9fi consistait \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser le renforcement en minimisant les perturbations du trafic dense. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et \u00e0 la facilit\u00e9 de mise en \u0153uvre des mat\u00e9riaux PRF, le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien rapidement, r\u00e9duisant consid\u00e9rablement les temps d&#039;arr\u00eat. L&#039;objectif \u00e9tait de reconstruire une route durable n\u00e9cessitant un minimum d&#039;entretien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"frp-application-2\"><strong style=\"0color: #f05a1a\\&quot;;\">Application FRP\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce projet, les mat\u00e9riaux composites en PRFV de Composite-Tech, notamment les barres d&#039;armature en fibre de verre, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour la r\u00e9fection de la chauss\u00e9e. L&#039;objectif \u00e9tait de tirer parti du rapport r\u00e9sistance\/poids \u00e9lev\u00e9 et de la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 des composites PRFV afin de cr\u00e9er une surface routi\u00e8re plus durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"challenges-and-outcomes-3\"><strong style=\"0color: #f05a1a\\&quot;;\">D\u00e9fis et r\u00e9sultats :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9loignement du site et le budget limit\u00e9 ont constitu\u00e9 des d\u00e9fis majeurs. Toutefois, la facilit\u00e9 de manipulation et d&#039;installation des composites PRF a permis de r\u00e9duire les complexit\u00e9s logistiques et les co\u00fbts de construction. La l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et la facilit\u00e9 de mise en \u0153uvre du PRV ont permis d&#039;achever le projet dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais.
