De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les barres en fer sont relativement peu co\u00fbteuses compte tenu des co\u00fbts de fabrication. Un meilleur rapport r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction\/poids se traduit par un all\u00e8gement des structures finales, un atout essentiel dans les environnements \u00e0 faible portance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-x-large-font-size\" id=\"scientifically-substantiated-benefits\"><strong style=\"0color: #f05a1a\\&quot;;\">Avantages scientifiquement prouv\u00e9s <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;\u00e9tude r\u00e9cente men\u00e9e par Ginghis Maranan, Allan Manalo et al. (\u00ab\u00a0Aper\u00e7u de l&#039;utilisation des barres d&#039;armature composites comme renforcement dans les structures en b\u00e9ton g\u00e9opolym\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb) a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les barres d&#039;armature composites repr\u00e9sentent une solution plus \u00e9cologique, plus durable et plus rentable pour les applications de construction. Les structures en b\u00e9ton renforc\u00e9es par des barres m\u00e9talliques pr\u00e9sentent des microfissures li\u00e9es \u00e0 la rouille et n\u00e9cessitent des essais de traction r\u00e9guliers. Les barres d&#039;armature en PRF r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la corrosion utilis\u00e9es dans la construction en b\u00e9ton peuvent doubler la dur\u00e9e de vie structurelle par rapport aux technologies de construction conventionnelles \u00e0 base de b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s plus de 30 ans d&#039;utilisation de barres d&#039;armature composites dans la construction en b\u00e9ton, les structures renforc\u00e9es en PRF ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 des taux de d\u00e9gradation plus faibles (environ 40%), y compris pour des projets en environnements difficiles (exposition \u00e0 des solutions alcalines ou acides, \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, etc.), comme les canaux de drainage en bord de mer dans la r\u00e9gion MENA et les poutres de rive aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malgr\u00e9 des co\u00fbts de fabrication initiaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 la production de barres d&#039;acier, les co\u00fbts du cycle de vie de la construction en b\u00e9ton sont inf\u00e9rieurs en raison d&#039;un transport moins important, de co\u00fbts de r\u00e9paration et d&#039;entretien r\u00e9duits et d&#039;une dur\u00e9e de vie plus longue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-x-large-font-size\" id=\"opening-new-horizons-hollow-rebar\"><strong style=\"0color: #f05a1a\\&quot;;\">Ouvrir de nouveaux horizons\u00a0: les barres d&#039;armature creuses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Introduites sur le march\u00e9 japonais dans les ann\u00e9es 1980, les barres d&#039;armature composites ont conquis un march\u00e9 mondial.
