Il prolonge la dur\u00e9e de vie des chauss\u00e9es en r\u00e9duisant les effets des fissures de r\u00e9flexion caus\u00e9es par le trafic, le durcissement par vieillissement et les variations de temp\u00e9rature. Cela prolonge consid\u00e9rablement la dur\u00e9e de vie des chauss\u00e9es entre les interventions d&#039;entretien. C&#039;est important pour la construction. <a href=\"\/fr\/2022\/12\/22\/frp-rebar-in-concrete-structures\/\">structures en b\u00e9ton<\/a> Dans les zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res proches des mers, des oc\u00e9ans, des lacs et des rivi\u00e8res. Le PRF n&#039;est pas affect\u00e9 par la corrosion, ce qui signifie que le b\u00e9ton ne se fissurera pas, car les barres d&#039;armature ne se dilateront pas comme l&#039;acier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Z\u00e9ro d\u00e9gradation \u2013 Les barres d&#039;armature en PRFV \u00e9liminent les fissures dans les blocs de b\u00e9ton et la rupture de la structure qui en r\u00e9sulte. Nous prolongeons ainsi la dur\u00e9e de vie des blocs et \u00e9liminons le besoin de r\u00e9novation. Nos tests montrent que les structures en b\u00e9ton restent intactes pendant plus de 80 ans sans fissures critiques ni d\u00e9formations.<br>Prix \u2013 Le prix de l&#039;acier a doubl\u00e9 depuis mi-2020, tandis que le march\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral subit des fluctuations constantes. Il est donc difficile de pr\u00e9voir les prix de production des barres d&#039;armature en acier. \u00c0 l&#039;inverse, les barres d&#039;armature en PRF <a href=\"\/fr\/2024\/08\/05\/how-to-choose-raw-materials-for-the-production-of-composite-rebar\/\">mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res<\/a> ont historiquement connu une baisse des prix et maintiennent un comportement de prix stable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9sistance et temp\u00e9rature \u2013 Le treillis en PRFV est au moins cinq fois plus r\u00e9sistant que l&#039;acier. Le produit final issu de nos lignes de production r\u00e9siste \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures comprises entre -70 et +150 \u00b0C et est cinq fois plus r\u00e9sistant que son homologue en acier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transport \u2013 Les barres d&#039;armature en PRFV sont plus de cinq fois plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res que l&#039;acier. Ce facteur multiplicateur signifie que vous pouvez transporter au moins cinq fois plus de barres d&#039;armature en PRFV avec les m\u00eames machines et techniques de transport que pour les barres d&#039;armature en acier.
