verre (\u00e9galement connu sous le nom de barres d&#039;armature en plastique renforc\u00e9 de fibres de verre ou composites, treillis) remplace progressivement les barres d&#039;armature en acier conventionnelles dans la construction \u00e0 travers le monde.\u00a0 <a href=\"\/fr\/2022\/06\/22\/everything-you-need-to-know-about-manufacturing-of-composite-reinforcement-and-reinforcing-mesh\/\">Les barres d&#039;armature en PRFV sont fabriqu\u00e9es<\/a> \u00e0 partir d&#039;un m\u00e9lange de fibres de verre ou de basalte ultra-r\u00e9sistantes et d&#039;une r\u00e9sine de liaison, ce qui donne une barre d&#039;armature de qualit\u00e9 construction avec une r\u00e9sistance pr\u00e9dominante <a href=\"\/fr\/2022\/09\/02\/frp-rebar-vs-steel-rebar\/\">avantages par rapport \u00e0 l&#039;acier<\/a>Les r\u00e9sines synth\u00e9tiques sont utilis\u00e9es comme liant pour les fibres, prot\u00e9geant les fibres des effets m\u00e9caniques et des effets nocifs de l&#039;environnement lors de la fabrication du produit et de son fonctionnement.<\/p><p>Renfort en fibre de verre <a href=\"\/fr\/2024\/02\/26\/frp-rebar-manufacturing-process\/\">processus de fabrication<\/a> Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 se d\u00e9roule en plusieurs \u00e9tapes principales. Tout d&#039;abord, la fibre de verre, sous forme de brins continus, est impr\u00e9gn\u00e9e, dans un r\u00e9cipient sp\u00e9cial, d&#039;une r\u00e9sine polym\u00e8re contenant un agent durcissant, ce qui permet d&#039;obtenir ce que l&#039;on appelle le roving.<\/p><p>Une fois la fibre de verre compl\u00e8tement impr\u00e9gn\u00e9e, le roving est introduit dans la matrice de formage pour obtenir une barre d&#039;un diam\u00e8tre donn\u00e9. Sans attendre le durcissement de la barre, le mat\u00e9riau source est tir\u00e9 \u00e0 travers la chambre de polym\u00e9risation et chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature donn\u00e9e. Enfin, la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re est enroul\u00e9e et fix\u00e9e pour cr\u00e9er une surface nervur\u00e9e. La barre, avec la nervure tiss\u00e9e, entre dans la chambre de s\u00e9chage, o\u00f9 la r\u00e9sine est polym\u00e9ris\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s polym\u00e9risation, l&#039;armature finie entre dans l&#039;unit\u00e9 de refroidissement, puis la barre d&#039;armature est d\u00e9coup\u00e9e en sections de longueur pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9e ou enroul\u00e9e en bobines.<\/p><p>Deux composants principaux sont utilis\u00e9s dans la production\u00a0: le mat\u00e9riau d&#039;armature (roving) et le liant (r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy ou polyester). Le rapport entre ces composants est d&#039;environ 80\/20. Dans l&#039;armature finie, le roving absorbe les charges m\u00e9caniques, tandis que la r\u00e9sine agit comme une matrice, r\u00e9partissant uniform\u00e9ment la charge sur toute la longueur de la barre et prot\u00e9geant l&#039;armature des agressions ext\u00e9rieures.<br \/>La ligne de production doit \u00eatre install\u00e9e dans un entrep\u00f4t aux caract\u00e9ristiques sp\u00e9cifiques. Sa longueur doit \u00eatre d&#039;au moins 50 m\u00e8tres (longueur recommand\u00e9e\u00a0: 70 m\u00e8tres), sa hauteur sous plafond d&#039;au moins 2,5 m\u00e8tres (hauteur recommand\u00e9e\u00a0: 3 m\u00e8tres), et le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 au niveau de la zone d&#039;implantation des \u00e9quipements ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 4 \u00e0 5 cm. La ventilation avec \u00e9vacuation d&#039;air doit \u00eatre d&#039;au moins 200 \u00e0 250 litres par minute.
